This Participant Waiver, Release of Liability, and Media Release (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is entered into by and between the "Summiter of the Keys Participant Waiver Form" (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") and Akeem Shannon, Flipstik Inc, Chevrolet, and any sponsors of the show, past, present, or future, including their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Released Parties"). This Agreement is effective as of the date signed by the Participant.

1. Assumption of Risk:

The Participant acknowledges that participating in the "Keys" social media series may involve inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to risks associated with riding in a high-powered vehicle. The Participant voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any known or unknown risks associated with their participation.

2. Representation of Age and Fitness:

The Participant confirms and represents that they are 18 years of age or older and that they are in a fit physical and mental condition to participate in the activities involved in the "Keys" series.

3. Waiver and Release of Liability:

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the "Keys" series, the Participant hereby releases, discharges, and holds harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or any other loss, that may arise as a result of participating in the "Keys" series, regardless of the cause or negligence of any of the Released Parties.

4. Advice Disclaimer:

The Participant understands and acknowledges that any advice, suggestions, or "keys" shared by the Host during the series are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. The Participant agrees that they will not hold any of the Released Parties responsible or liable for any consequences resulting from the advice received during the series. The Participant agrees to conduct their own research and seek professional advice as necessary.

5. Indemnification:

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims or actions brought by third parties arising out of or related to the Participant’s participation in the "Keys" series.

6. Media Release:

The Participant hereby grants permission to Akeem Shannon, Flipstik Inc, and their assigns to record, film, photograph, or otherwise capture the Participant's likeness, voice, image, and performance during the "Keys" series. The Participant agrees that Akeem Shannon, Flipstik Inc, and their assigns have the unlimited right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the recorded media in any and all media now known or later developed, for promotional, marketing, or any other lawful purposes without any compensation to the Participant.

7. Governing Law and Severability:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country]. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
